The Texarkana Rhinos’ summer internship program is designed to give college students the real-world experience in all aspects of operating a minor league baseball franchise. The goal for all our interns is when the summer is over, you are ready to accept full time employment in the sports industry.

Our summer internship runs with our season, which begins May 23rd and ends August 10th. We ask our interns to arrive no later than May 15^th and stay 2-3 days after the final game. We have a total of 34 home games, and interns will see a mix of working both games and in office. You must be able to commit to all 34 home games.

You will need to provide your own housing, reliable transportation, and a laptop.
